Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement at 14winpkr

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("Player", "you") and 14winpkr ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://14winpkr.app and all associated games, services and features offered through it.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet at 14winpkr, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age;
• Are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only;
• Have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full;
• Are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• Understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that you are wagering your own money.

14winpkr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://14winpkr.app/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent update shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use 14winpkr, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Pakistan aged 18 and above.

2.1 Eligibility

You are eligible to register if you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is not legally prohibited, and you are opening the account for your own personal use. 14winpkr does not accept registrations from individuals who have previously been self-excluded or whose accounts have been closed for violations of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account at 14winpkr at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a different name or using a different mobile number, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals will be voided. This rule applies even if the duplicate accounts are not being used simultaneously.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep it up to date. This includes your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. 14winpkr may request documentation to verify identity at any stage — typically national identity documents — and accounts where verification cannot be completed may be suspended pending resolution.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 14winpkr will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you report a security breach.

All financial transactions at 14winpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

14winpkr accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment services:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and account)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and account)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT) – all major Pakistani banks
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit at 14winpkr is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, however daily and weekly deposit limits can be set voluntarily by the player through the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard. Large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your 14winpkr account balance instantly in virtually all cases. IBFT and card deposits may occasionally take up to 30 minutes to appear depending on the originating bank's processing speed. If a deposit does not appear within 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including those of family members, are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, 14winpkr reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Withdrawing your winnings from 14winpkr should be straightforward and fast. The following rules govern the withdrawal process.

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.2 Processing Times

14winpkr targets processing of withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for verified accounts withdrawing to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within 2–4 hours on business days, though occasional delays caused by the recipient bank's processing schedule may occur. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

Accounts that have not yet completed identity verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal can be processed. 14winpkr follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and may request a copy of your CNIC or other national identity document. This is a regulatory requirement, not optional. Completing verification promptly ensures there are no delays when you want to access your winnings.

4.5 Bonus-Funded Winnings

Winnings that originate from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus offer. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

14winpkr offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion.

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered players in good standing whose accounts are fully verified and who have not been identified as bonus abusers. 14winpkr reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts awarded at 14winpkr carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 20× means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 of qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn). The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is clearly displayed on the promotion's individual terms page.

5.3 Qualifying Bets

Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, bets on Live Casino tables and sports betting markets count at 100%, while bets on some promotional games may count at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion.

5.4 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses at 14winpkr have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Validity periods are stated on each promotion.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Any strategy that 14winpkr determines constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets, systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional structures in bad faith — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided and account action being taken.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity at 14winpkr across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, poker and esports betting.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum bet is Rs 100 across all markets. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market and account tier. Maximum single bet limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface before you confirm your wager. VIP Club members from Gold tier upwards may be eligible for elevated bet limits through their dedicated account manager.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed at 14winpkr, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please verify your stake and selection before confirming. In live in-play betting, odds can change rapidly — the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in full if: the relevant event is cancelled before it begins, the event cannot be completed within the specified time window, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or technical circumstances render the outcome of the bet indeterminate. 14winpkr's decision on void bets is final.

6.4 Obvious Errors

14winpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest technical error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or settled. Where possible, such errors will be corrected before the event concludes. Players who place bets suspected to exploit obvious pricing errors may have their bets voided and accounts reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 14winpkr and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal referral:

• Using automated betting software, bots, macros or any non-human betting tools;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format;
• Chip dumping or intentionally losing in poker to transfer funds to another player;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds through the platform;
• Registering multiple accounts in your own name or the name of others;
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players;
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable Pakistani law;
• Threatening, abusing or harassing members of the 14winpkr support team or other players.

14winpkr employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. When prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take whatever action is proportionate including account closure, voiding of affected bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

14winpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. Gaming at 14winpkr is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or to resolve financial problems.

8.1 Available Tools

All registered players can access the following tools from their account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly limits that take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased;
• Session loss limits — automatic session end when a defined loss amount is reached;
• Time reminders — notifications after set periods of continuous play;
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days;
• Self-exclusion — longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform.

8.2 Age Verification

14winpkr strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently confirmed to belong to an underage player will be voided and the account permanently closed.

You may close your 14winpkr account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14winpkr reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where: these Terms have been violated; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; a self-exclusion request has been received; or regulatory requirements demand it. Where closure is initiated by 14winpkr for reasons other than Terms violations, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of 14winpkr — including a disputed bet outcome, a payment issue or a concern about how your account has been handled — please follow this process:

1. Step 1: Contact customer support via live chat or email at support@14winpkr.app, providing your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence;
2. Step 2: Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days;
3. Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review by senior management, which will be completed within 10 business days;
4. Step 4: If the matter remains unresolved, you may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under our regulatory licence.

14winpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 14winpkr is licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
